Janahi crowns Ali Isa of the Ministry of Interior as champion of third round’s main race

Ministry of Interior’s athlete Ali Isa produced an incredibly flawless performance en route to winning the grand prize of the 3rd Round of the Showjumping season, organized by Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF).

The winner clocked 41.28 seconds to emerge as the victor, leaving second place for his teammate Hussain Mohammed dadallah, whose time was 47.98 seconds.

In third place came Mahmood Abdulqader (40.17 seconds), who was penalised for committing four faults.

The top three winners in the race which included 130/140cm hurdles were honoured by Huda Janahi, owner of Horse Pride Company.

The 3rd round featured three other contests too.

In the 3rd competition which was for amateur showjumpers and included 100/110cm hurdles, Ali Isa’s hot form paved the way for him to win this race too after finishing it in 30.31 seconds.

Fadel Al Haddad came second in 31.09 seconds, while Mahmood Al Kooheji was third in 35.97 seconds.

Mohammed Saif of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) earned a narrow win in the 4th competition (110/120cm hurdles) which was for level 2 senior athletes, clocking 44.13 seconds.

Veteran showjumper Sami Ghazwan showcased a masterclass performance in the 5th competition (120/130cm hurdles) to top the podium after posting a time of 42.07 seconds.
