Since its inception in 2016, BRAVE Combat Federation has traveled the world, creating a professional platform for thousands of fighters to compete on while satisfying millions of fans’ appetites with the best mixed martial arts content.
Last year the brand earned the respect of many when BRAVE CF became the most global MMA promotion after Germany tallied up as BRAVE CF’s 28th nation visited, eclipsing every major organization in its short seven-year existence.
A brain-child of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, BRAVE Combat Federation has made an impact on Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, and more as the brand aims to globalize mixed martial arts, empower governance within the sport, and revolutionize MMA from an events business to a sports business.
And this past week, BRAVE CF President Mohammed Shahid continued to lay the groundwork for His Highness’ vision when he represented BRAVE CF and the Kingdom of Bahrain at the Sportel Bali International Market and Summit in Bali, Indonesia.
Indonesia’s biggest sports media conference saw President Shahid network and rub shoulders with dignitaries and big role players within the sporting business - all like-minded entrepreneurs and visionaries with an eye on empowering Asia’s sporting industry.
“It is great for BRAVE Combat Federation to be present here, operating and networking with dignitaries and key players in Asia’s sporting markets.
It was an amazing two days for us - a very productive time,” said President Shahid at the BRAVE CF marquee, which ran adjacent to some of Asia’s top sporting brands.
As BRAVE Nation, we have traveled around the world, visiting five continents to globalize and double up the sport of mixed martial arts.
Right now, here in Bali, the world is in Indonesia, and we’re surrounded by like-minded people who are here to double-up the sporting business,” added President Shahid, who also met with Indonesia’s Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Uno to discuss new opportunities.
BRAVE CF has built a good rapport with Indonesia over the years as the promotion hosted two incredible events on the largest Archipelagic state following the success of BRAVE CF 12 and BRAVE CF 66 in 2018 and 2022, respectively.
There, BRAVE Combat Federation boosted the Indonesian economy by bringing the world to the nation’s doorstep, empowering its MMA industry, and allowing many local stars to showcase their talent on the most-global MMA platform.
BRAVE CF plans on returning to Indonesia this year with an event set for June. For more information, visit www. bravecf.com.
