Muharraq outclassed Al Ettihad 114-93 last night in their week 20 clash in the 2022/2023 Zain Bahrain Basketball League.
Bader Abdulla Malabes and Malik Wineglass combined for 57 points to help spearhead their team to the win.
Malabes finished with a teamhigh 36, which included a redhot seven three-pointers, while Wineglass added 21 to go with 11 rebounds.
Abdulla Rabea added 18, while Ali Shukrllah and Hussain Salman chipped in with 11 points apiece.
Adrian Uter top scored for Ettihad in the loss with 37 points while granning 16 rebounds.
Ali Ghadeer contributed 19 and Sayed Mohammed Hameed 18.
It was a close game in the first half but Muharraq managed to build their lead in the third to head into the final period up 80-70.
They then dominated in the closing period to come away with the 21-point winning margin. Their largest lead in the contest was 24.
