Mahmoud wins Pro title in Bahrain drift

Salman Mahmoud was crowned champion of the Pro category as the Bahrain Motor Federation’s (BMF) Autocross and Drift Committee concluded the Bahrain Drift Championship at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) in Sakhir.
The season featured participants from Bahrain and other GCC countries.
Mahmoud won the Pro title ahead of Ahmed Al Ghanem.
Meanwhile, Mazen Yasser claimed first place in the Street category, with Abdullah Abdullah finishing second and Ahmed Bucheery third.
In the Semi-Pro category, Isa Mahmoud Abdullah won the first place, while Mohammed Jamal was the runner-up and Meshaal Abdulaziz finished in third place.
The BMF’s Autocross and Drift Committee honoured the winners and praised their competition and sportsmanship.
Committee chairman and BMF member Abdulrahman Ghuloom said that the increased number of rounds this season from previous year’s three was due to the fierce competition and expertise of the competitors.
