HH Shaikh Nasser instructs Royal Endurance Team to widely participate in Windsor Endurance Festival

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs and Captain of the Royal Endurance team has instructed the team to widely take part in the Royal Windsor Endurance Festival which will take place in London.

His Highness underlined that the continued presence in this prestigious festival comes as an extension of the deep-rooted ties and connections between Bahrain and the United Kingdom thanks to the Royal vision of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the constant support of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

HH Shaikh Nasser expressed his optimism towards the Royal Endurance team’s participation in the race thanks to the team’s rich experience in the event.

The championship village will witness the participation of the Royal Endurance team in the veterinary tests ahead of the races.

The team will compete in three categories, namely the 100km race, the 120km contest and the 160km competition.

Raed Mahmood, Abdulrahman Al Khateri and Nasser Khalifa Mubarak will take part in the 100km race, while HH Shaikh Isa bin Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Jaber Bader Jaffar, Zuhair Mohammed, Shahad Waleed, Faisal Hameed Al Enzy, Khalid Yusuf Abdulrahman, Fahad Hilal Al Khateri, Salman Isa, Sultan Abdulaziz Al Rumaihi, Mohammed Khalid Al Ruawaie, Yusuf Moahmmed Al Sadoon, Khalifa Jamal Al Sendi, Manal Fakhrawi and Asem Abdulwahed Janahi will feature in the 120km race.

Meanwhile, Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Mohammed Abdulsamad Al Bastaki, Isa Mohammed Al Enzy, Hamad Isa Al Janahi, Mohammed Abdulhameed Al Hashemi, Mayoof Abdulaziz Al Rumaihi and Ahmed Khalid Al Thuwadi will compete in the 160km contest.
