His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), General Sports Authority (GSA) Chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee President, has stressed the importance of providing the necessary sports infrastructure and facilities for various sports in the kingdom.

HH Shaikh Khalid made the statements while visiting the Umm Al Hassam Sports Halls complex, where he inspected the halls of the Bahrain Basketball Association and the Bahrain Handball Federation (BHF).

HH Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, GSA Deputy Chairman, Dr. Abdulrahman Sadiq Askar, GSA’s CEO, BHF President, Ali Isa Eshaqi, and several GSA directors were present.
