BRAVE CF 73: Vernon Ramos withdraws from bout against Luiz Cado in Colombia

BRAVE CF 73 won’t be the first time a fighter from Panama will step into the cage of the most global MMA promotion. At least not yet.
Officials have confirmed that Vernon Ramos was forced to withdraw from the upcoming super welterweight bout against Brazil’s Luiz Cado.
According to the promotion’s sources, Ramos was pulled from the card due to medical reasons, although no further explanation was given on the nature of the medical condition or if the Panamanian will have his BRAVE CF debut scheduled for a future card.
At the moment, there’s no information regarding a potential replacement for Ramos but BRAVE CF Athlete Relations and matchmaker have been scouting names that can sub in and face Luiz Cado in Bogota.
BRAVE CF 73 will take place on August 12, at the Coliseo El Salitre, in the Colombian capital. The main event of the evening will see a new bantamweight world champion as Jose “Shorty” Torres and Nkosi “The Future” Ndebele compete for the vacant belt.
