It will be a quick turnaround for Eliezer Kubanza after his brilliant BRAVE Combat Federation debut earlier in June.
The Congolese star and Levy Carriel will collide later this year when BRAVE Combat Federation land in France for the first time.
On September 7, BRAVE CF 74 will emanate from the city of Nantes as fight fans gear up for another night of intense action. A parade of high profile fighters are set to compete on the card and from top to bottom, it could turn out to be one of the most stacked line-ups we’ve seen in a long time.
As part of the festivities, Eliezer Kubanza and Levy Carriel will go head to head in the middle of the cage. Kubanza, who fights out of DR Congo, will be making his second BRAVE CF appearance, after the brutal knockout over Rayan Atmani earlier this summer.
On the flip side, this is the first time we’ll see Carriel in BRAVE - but with a 3-0 record to his name, the French native will certainly serve as stiff competition in one of the featured bouts of the night in Nantes.
For Kubanza, this is an opportunity to prove he really is as good as everyone claims him to be. The former two-time IMMAF gold medalist has won all four of his professional contests via KO, and across his illustrious amateur kickboxing career, he won an outstanding 33 fights.
Carriel, meanwhile, also has a 100% finish streak since turning pro. He kicked off the year with a TKO on the regional scene and he’ll be looking to keep that train rolling, largely through his exemplary training in both kickboxing and Muay Thai.
All fighters strive to have that ‘viral’ moment, and even though they often head down a long road to get there, it’s always worth it. For Kubanza and Carriel, this could be their chance with the spotlight shining bright.
