Al Awadhi secures top 10 finish in Estonia ride

Bahrain Royal Endurance Team rider Othman Abduljaleel Al Awadhi delivered an outstanding performance yesterday, earning a commendable 10th place in FEI Endurance World Championship for Young Horses, held in Estonia.

Al Awadhi’s consistent performance throughout the stages showcased his remarkable skills and determination.

The Royal Endurance Team competed in the event on the instructions of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs and Royal Endurance Team captain.

The championship attracted 42 riders from around the world, and the competition was intense throughout the stages, with some challenging moments due to horse injuries, particularly in the third and fourth stages.

However, the final stage witnessed an exhilarating display of skill and determination among several riders, creating a thrilling finish. Bahrain’s Royal Endurance Team’s participation aligns with their notable presence in global and European competitions, where they have achieved remarkable success in recent times.

The team remains dedicated to providing their riders with valuable opportunities and experiences in preparation for upcoming significant events.

Dominika Kleinova from Slovakia claimed the win yesterday, crossing the finish line ahead of the UAE’s Buti Ali Al Nuaimi. Spain’s Gil Carrera took third, while the UAE’s Saeed Ahmad Al Shamsi finished fourth.
