BRAVE CF president receives keys to Colombian city

BRAVE CF president Mohammed Shahid has received the keys to the Colombian City of Zipaquira, following the Bahraini organization’s event in Colombia, last August.
The momentous occasion has reiterated Bahrain’s BRAVE CF as one of the largest market share holders in the martial arts industry in Latin America, as the promotion hosted a historic IMMAF Pan-American Combat Week, the biggest-ever combat sports festival in the region.
His Excellency Wilson Garcia Fajardo, the mayor of Zipaquira, sent his congratulations to Mr. Shahid following the conclusion of the event.
He also expressed his eagerness for Zipaquira to host a BRAVE Combat Federation event in the future, following the successes of Bucaramanga and Bogota, the other Colombian cities to host a BRAVE CF show in the past.
The ceremony was made to officialize Zipaquira as the next host of BRAVE CF in Colombia, but also to build international collaborations through BRAVE CF as well as increasing the international exposure of Zipaquira by bringing a world-class show by the most global MMA organization in the world.
For his part, Mr. Shahid has thanked His Excellency for the honor of receiving the keys of Zipaquira, following what was truly a groundbreaking moment for combat sports in Colombia and Latin America.

BRAVE CF reflects the capabilities and the position of Bahrain as a sporting hub worldwide’’.
Founded by His Highness Shaikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa, BRAVE Combat Federation has recently set a new world record by becoming the MMA organization hosted by the greatest number of countries, with 29 nations hosting a BRAVE CF show, which also served to provide the finest sports values to the host countries in that process.
