Karla’s Way triumphs at Newmarket

Unstoppable Bahraini filly Karla’s Way, owned by Horse Care Affairs Authority chairman Shaikh Duaij bin Salman bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, has achieved a remarkable accomplishment at the famous Newmarket racecourse, securing a well-deserved first place in the Dubai Rockefeller Stakes (Group 2-2yr).

Sponsored by Al Basti Equiworld, the race covered 1,400m.

Karla’s Way put in an impressive performance, saddled by the veteran jockey James Doyle, and trained by Aidan O’Brien and Simon Christopher.

She showcased outstanding form, capturing first place with merit, further adding to the achievements of the Kingdom of Bahrain on British racetracks and marking another milestone for Bahrain’s participation in international competitions.

Commenting on this victory, Shaikh Duaij bin Salman expressed his utmost delight in Karla’s Way’s triumph, emphasising that this achievement confirms Bahain’s strong presence in international competitions, especially since the Newmarket racecourse always features significant global participation and fierce competition for top positions.
