Kanoo Motors Rolling Drag Nights set for BIC strip

High-octane, head-to-head battles are set to light up the drag strip at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) tomorrow evening with the season’s first edition of the Kanoo Motors Rolling Drag Nights.

Participants in this activity will be able to bring their very own cars or motorbikes and go up against one another BIC’s world-class strip, which is a member of the prestigious NHRA Worldwide Network of the U.S.-based National Hot Rod Association (NHRA).

The Kanoo Motors Rolling Drag Nights is similar to BIC’s Ebrahim K Kanoo Drag and Drift Nights, but in the former, those taking part do not start from a standstill, but from a rolling speed of 80kph.

The Kanoo Motors Rolling Drag is thus the perfect activity to invite a fellow-speed enthusiast to a one-on-one challenge and push their vehicles to the limit within the safe and controlled environment at BIC.

Tomorrow’s event is scheduled to take place between 7pm and 12midnight. In addition to the Rolling Drag, also available tomorrow night is BIC’s most adrenaline-pumping passenger ride, the Dragster Experience.

Known as “the Fastest Ride on Earth”, fans will have a chance to get a taste of pure speed as they are taken from zero to 100kph in just one second while in the cockpit of a 10,500cc Top Dragster.
