Hassan bin Rashid finishes second and 13th in Al Ain Showjumping Championship

Bahraini athlete Shaikh Hassan bin Rashid Al Khalifa achieved advanced results at the Al Ain Showjumping Championship, which took place in the city of Al Ain, UAE, featuring a broad lineup of competitors representing many countries from across the world.

Shaikh Hassan bin Rashid Al Khalifa managed to secure second place on the first day of the championship, putting a great show while jumping over obstacles of various heights, the maximum of which was 120cm without committing any faults.

He then achieved the 13th place in his second participation in the championship on the following day, making four faults on the horse HBR EVEN FLOW.

The competition witnessed the participation of 42 athletes from the UAE and participants from 13 foreign countries.

Commenting on his participation, Shaikh Hassan bin Rashid Al Khalifa expressed his happiness for achieving the second place in the championship, affirming that the Al Ain Showjumping Championship is considered one of the strong contests in show jumping thanks to the wide participation it exhibits and open competition among all athletes. 

He stated that he was looking forward to continuing to achieve advanced positions in the upcoming competitions.
