Packed card of horseraces today at REHC

A packed, nine-race card is set to take place at Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club (REHC) today, with each event offering its own National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) Cup. The feature is set to be the sixth race of the day, starting at 3.15pm.
It is a seven-furlong challenge for imported horses offering a BD4,000 total prize. Eleven horses are entered, featuring top owners such as Al Mohamediya Racing, Al Adiyat Racing and Al Afoo Racing, to name a few.
Mohamediya have a pair of entrants in Mohi, trained by Ali Abdulmajeed and to be ridden by Ali Husain, and Gumais, trained by Fawzi Nass and to be saddled by Anas Al Siyabi. Adiyat also have two entries with Breath of Air and Time Step, both trained by AM Smith. Breath of Air will be ridden by Gerald Mosse and Time Step by Lee Newman.
Al Afoo Racing is represented by Anann, while completing the field are Dairerin for Onyx Racing, Exminster for Aqeel Hassan Abdulrahim, Follow Suit by Al Remah Stable, Wait Forever and Graphite Storm for Al Hassanain Racing, and Days Destiny for Zahra Fadhel Ali Al Baqqali.
Elsewhere today, races eight and nine offer BD3,000 total prizes apiece, while the others have BD2,000 in winnings, with race one offering BD1,500 to the top four. All are welcome to attend today’s events at REHC.
