HH Shaikh Nasser receives Royal Guard boxing team on winning Royal Rumble

His Highness Lieutenant-General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander, received the Royal Guard boxing team which won the Royal Rumble boxing tournament, organised by the Bahrain Boxing Federation and the Bahrain Rugby Club.
Present was His Highness Colonel Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Commander of the Royal Guard’s Special Force. His Highness Lt. Gen Shaikh Nasser congratulated His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa on the occasion.
The team secured six out of nine securing six victories out of nine against the British Army’s “Parachute Unit”, in a testament to Bahraini boxing prowess. His Highness Lt. Gen Shaikh Nasser also congratulated the members of the team on this achievement.
His Highness said Bahrain has had an eventful sporting season with prestigious international achievements, demonstrating the support received by the sports sector.
