Bahraini athletes excel in Sharjah show jumping championship

Bahraini athletes Ahmed Al Jahrami, Ahmed Akbar Safar, Saber Salman, and Iyad Fareed achieved good results in the International Show Jumping Championship held at the Sharjah Equestrian Club.
Al Jahrami secured first place on the first day of the championship with a faultless performance, clocking a time of 57.80 seconds on his horse Vivario in a speed against the clock class.
The event featured 80 competitors.
Meanwhile, Salman finished eighth on his horse Karigunan following a flawless run, posting a time of 64.7 seconds.
The round included 130cm hurdles.
Safar completed the round with four faults and a time of 73.63 seconds.
Jabri also participated in a similar speed class on his horse Sabaher.
He didn’t commit any mistake, completing the round in a time of 72.91 seconds.
He finished 28th. Around 80 participants, both male and female, from the United Arab Emirates and several other countries participated in these competitions.
