Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”, turns up the heat this weekend with back-to-back days of thrilling racing, featuring a pair of highly competitive local championships.
Each event of National Race Day is being organised and run by BIC, in cooperation with the Bahrain Motor Federation, the Circuit Racing Commission, the Bahrain Motorcycle Commission, and the Bahrain Autocross Commission.
Both days’ programmes are scheduled to start at 3pm in daytime conditions and continue until 9pm.
The BMC is set to hold its fourth and fifth rounds of its 2024 season. The championship features the Kingdom’s leading motorbike racers, going wheel-towheel in two different classes, namely the 1,000cc and 600cc. In each meeting, there will be Practice and Qualifying sessions.
Time Attack, meanwhile, is to take place with five different categories for participants. Each class will kick off their events with Practice, to be followed by the Heats.
After all the action on both nights, podium ceremonies will be held for the winners of each round in the BMC and Time Attack.
