Pop superstar Beyoncé, 43, has opened up about her health journey, revealing she's made significant changes to her diet this summer. Speaking to GQ, the singer shared that she’s cut out most meats, except turkey, and is focused on eating clean and maintaining her supplement routine. However, even for Beyoncé, the struggle to exercise can be real. She humorously admitted, "I’m trying to muster the strength to work out, but I just can’t do it today. Maybe tomorrow."
Beyoncé has experimented with various diets over the years, including a 22-day vegan challenge back in 2015. She has previously credited plant-based eating for boosting her energy and improving her skin, saying, “The benefits of a plant-based diet need to be known… We should spend more time loving ourselves, which means taking better care of ourselves with good nutrition.”
In the GQ interview, Beyoncé also expressed concerns about the rise of artificial intelligence and its impact on technology, especially regarding the safety of her three children online. Reflecting on her early days with husband Jay-Z, she contrasted today’s world of instant communication with their early relationship, which relied on calling cards and Skype.
Beyoncé shared her unease after hearing an AI-generated song that eerily mimicked her voice, adding, “It’s impossible to truly know what’s real and what’s not.”
Alongside her reflections, Beyoncé is promoting her latest venture, a new whisky brand called SirDavis, marking another chapter in her ever-evolving career.
