Wedding bells ringing for Asin today

Bollywood actress Asin Thottumkal and her beau Rahul Sharma are tying the knot today as per both Christian and Hindu customs.

The wedding  reportedly will take place at the Dusit Devarana resort in New Delhi.

According to sources, While 50 guests are expected to grace the Christian wedding in the morning, 200 well-wishers will be part of their Hindu wedding which will take place at night.

Asin will wear Sabyasachi Mukherjee's creations for the Hindu wedding, and sport a dress designed by Vera Wang for the Christian wedding.

The couple is reportedly throwing a bash the next day at the groom's private guest house, which, again, will be restricted to close friends and relatives.

Among the celebrities, Akshay Kumar, who played a major role in their relationship, will attend the wedding as well as the private party.

Asin and Rahul Sharma have organised a wedding reception for their friends as well, in Mumbai on January 23.

The Kerala-born actress shot to fame down south and reached the pinnacle of popularity before she was introduced to Bollywood by AR Murugadoss in Aamir Khan-starrer 'Ghajini'.

Since then, she has settled in Bollywood and has not returned to south Indian films.

Rahul is the co-founder of Micromax and is currently the CEO of the company
