Have you tasted it? Come and taste dragon fruit in Bahrain
Manama : Who knew there was a plant with a flower like an explosion of flame, which produces a beautiful but short-lived fruit with the appearance of a brilliant pink rosebud? Have you tasted it? Here’s an opportunity to taste samplings of delicious fruits such as jujube, dragon fruit and guava.
The opportunity is offered by Trade Mission of Taiwan when a delegation from Taiwan visits Bahrain tomorrow, Thursday.
The 15-member delegation from Kaohsiung City Agricultural Products led by Fu-chin Tsai, Director General of the Agriculture Bureau of Kaohsiung City government in Taiwan, is visiting Bahrain to promote trade.
The delegation will do two presentations including sample tasting of some of Taiwan’s specialty fruits.
The first presentation will be on Thursday, 25th of February, 4:30 pm at Al Jazira Supermarket in Mahooz, and the second on Friday, 26th of February, 2:00 pm at Carrefour Hypermarket at Bahrain City Centre.
