On 15th and 16th November 2024, New Millennium School, Bahrain, organized the 10th edition of the New Millennium Model United Nations Conference (NMMUN X), welcoming over 450 delegates from seven schools across Bahrain.
Guided by the theme “Grassroots to the Global Stage,”the conference showcased 14 dynamic councils, including the United States House of Representatives, Suits, Lok Sabha, and the United Nations Security Council, fostering vibrant debates and resolutions on global challenges.
The inaugural session featured Ms. Meenakshi Mathur, Director of NMMUN, alongside chief guest Mr. Ravi Kumar Jain, Second Secretary of the Indian Embassy in Bahrain.
The event was officially opened by the Secretary General, who introduced the council chairs to the eager delegates. Principal Dr. Arun Kumar Sharma, Chairman Dr. Ravi Pillai, and Managing Director Mrs. Geetha Pillai commended the students and staff for their dedication in organizing this landmark event, celebrating its success as a testament to teamwork and excellence.
