Bahrain Indian School (BIS) observed World Arabic Language Day with a series of enriching activities designed to celebrate the beauty and significance of the Arabic language. The event, held on 18th December showcased the talents and enthusiasm of our students while emphasizing the cultural heritage associated with Arabic.

The day commenced with a speech delivered by the Principal, who also included a few sentences in Arabic to highlight the importance of the language in fostering cultural understanding and communication. The speech set a positive tone for the day’s activities, reinforcing the school’s commitment to promoting linguistic diversity.

Students took center stage as they presented insightful talks about renowned Arabic scholars, showcasing their contributions to literature, science, and philosophy. The presentations not only educated their peers but also instilled a sense of pride in the rich history of the Arabic language.
