New Millennium School declared champions in Mental Math contest

New Millennium School students clinched the Champion's Trophy at Bahrain Mental Math Contest held on 11th January, 2025, at New Horizon School. Competing against fourteen schools, NMS students emerged victorious, showcasing unparalleled mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

The competition involved rigorous challenges, testing participants' speed, accuracy, and mental agility in solving complex mathematical problems. A total of 167 students from NMS had participated in the contest. The achievements of the students are as follows.

CHAMPIONS (1ST POSITION WINNERS)- Adwik Panda (Grade 3), Kaushal Sah (Grade 4), Advaith Irukula ( Grade 5), Sambhav (Grade 6), Tejus Chauhan (Grade 7) 

1ST RUNNERS UP - Vimalan Vignesh (Grade 1), Saathvikan Arivasu (Grade 5), Drithi Varma ( Grade 9) 2ND RUNNERS UP- Namish pandey (Grade 3), Dheemat Sai Prasad (Grade 4), Gaurav Sangisetti &  Mihir Kalamkar (Grade 5), Vikranth Pothina (Grade 7), Atharva Lalit & Rohit Aneez Nair (Grade 8), Sathivga  Gobi  Das (Grade 9), Rakisth Reddy (Grade 11).

The Bahrain Mental Maths Competition 2025 trophy was received by the principal along with the Head of Mathematics Dept. and the students. Principal Dr Arun Kuumar Sharma, Chairman, Dr Ravi Pillai and Managing Director, Mrs Geetha Pillai, congratulated all the participants, the teachers and parents for the impressive performances.
