Our survival story

We all know Covid has made us reconsider everything, the meaning of home and work, the value of public space, the magnitude and immediacy of death, and what it truly means to be a member of society.
Two years before we thought that the pandemic would pass and things would snap back to the way they were.
But, as each month passed, and then each year, it became more and more clear that Covid would most likely move from epidemic to endemic.
But we the people of the whole world struggled for more than two years, after a long struggle we got the result, the result was our survival story.
Now Bahrain has transitioned to the Green level. This means a lot to do for regaining our social life and to start precautions against Covid and its variants in the world.
And we have no assurances that current vaccines will work against subsequent variants, so never drop our alert sense on the way. So I kindly request you, the media, to take more care and monitoring in Covid cases around us.
