Electrical fault starts fire in EP mosque

A mosque inside in the Facilities Security Forces Center in the Eastern Province caught fire due to an electrical malfunction. Othman Al-Asmary, public relations director of the force, said the fire broke out around 1:30 a.m. Saturday. Firefighters extinguished the fire, which started in a small building and there were no injuries reported.

 

Private medical center shut down

The Health Affairs shut down a private medical complex for multiple violations. The director for private medical centers at Qassim Health Affairs, Saleh Al-Saeed, said the directorate runs regular inspection campaigns on all private health institutions. All violations are regularly recorded and penalties are justly implemented. The private medical complex the directorate shut down had no nursing staff and had failed to implement vaccination requirements for its employees.
