Man jailed for 'spying' on women in spa room
An owner of a beauty salon employee has been sentenced to six month in jail by the Dubai criminal court for installing hidden
Prosecutors referred the case file to court in November last year- in which the Asian accused had been involved. The prosecution said an Arab woman had noticed the cameras in the corner while changing clothes, when she visited the salon for a Moroccan bath.
The victim told police that on confronting a female employee about the cameras, she was told that the owner did so in order to keep an eye on other employees. She was also shown the clip of her changing clothes by the police.
The court sentenced the owner of the beauty parlour to six months imprisonment.
