Construction worker falls to death
Sharjah: A 23-year-old Indian construction worker has died after falling from under-construction building in Sharjah.
The incident took place on Wednesday when he was working on a building in Muweilah area in Sharjah.
The engineers notified the police about the accident following which a probe was launched, a police spokesman said.
The body of the victim was sent to forensic laboratory for post mortem
The case is with Wasit Police Station for further investigations.
Police are urging construction companies to ensure all safety measures are in place at their worksites in order to avoid similar accidents.
