Prince Miteb pays off National Guard employees’ loans

Riyadh : Prince Miteb bin Abdullah paid off the loans of 150 National Guard employees so that they could be released from prison and spend the rest of Ramadan and Eid Al-Fitr with their families.

Prince Miteb bin Abdullah, the Minister of National Guard, also ordered that their release be facilitated because their respective families are expecting them for the remainder of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

In return, the employees expressed their happiness and gratitude to Prince Miteb for his generosity.

In recognition of Prince Miteb bin Abdullah’s initiative, the hashtag “Prince#Miteb_bin_abdullah” was launched, with poets, athletes, and actors in attendance.

“Once more, Prince Miteb bin Abdullah has shown his kindness, for which he has always been known in the past among the people under him,” they said.

Prince Miteb bin Abdullah’s generosity drew appreciation from various individuals who called on the banks to follow his example and not condone the debts of troops, especially those assigned at the southern border of the Kingdom.

They said that these troops risk their lives in the service of country, religion and the citizens so that they could go about their daily tasks with peace of mind.

“As a result, these troops and their families deserve something in return as a token of our being beholden to them,” they said.

Khalid Al-Shenaif, a former football player, expressed his desire that “National Guard Minister Prince Miteb and his family be blessed for his generosity now and in the hereafter.”

He added that he was hoping that Prince Miteb’s generosity rubs off on others for the benefit of the needy and the poor in the Kingdom.

Fayez Al-Maliki, an artist, also expressed his hope that Prince Miteb will always have in mind the welfare of other poor employees at the ministry.
