Saudi Women can get their driving licenses today!
Official Twitter account of the Saudi traffic department has good news for Saudi women:
“We invite all citizens and residents of the Kingdom who wish to replace their valid driving licenses which they have obtained from other countries with a Saudi driving license through registering their information via the website of Saudi Driving License Portal by May 21.”
Applicants will undergo a driving test to evaluate how far they know the Kingdom’s road rules and if they successfully pass the test they would be given their license on the same day. For those who have foreign or international license recognised by the Kingdom they will be excused from the driving test.
