Grant funding made easy for enterprises

Tamkeen said it will enhance the flexibility of the grants it provides to enterprises by introducing more advanced solutions to its flagship Enterprise Support Programme.

The enhancements, Dr Ebrahim Mohammed Janahi, Chief Executive of Labour Fund Tamkeen, said are based on the outcomes of the annual and sector-specific consultation forums that take place with customers. “There will be several enhancements made to the program to further improve support allocation and service delivery.

These include introducing new sectors and digital solutions, as well as restructuring the internal team within Tamkeen,” Qusay Ali Al-Arayedh, Chief Executive -Customer Engagement and Operations Officer of Tamkeen, said. Al-Arayedh said there will be a new support pathway to cater specifically to enterprises with virtual CRs and help them grow and expand into fully-fledged businesses.

The existing sectors will also be refined according to Business’s developmental stage and its future growth potentials. “Tamkeen is looking to provide a range of digital solutions, including partnering with BENEFIT and local banks to facilitate digital payments,” Al-Arayedh further added. “By adopting these technologies, enterprises will be able to receive the support grants provided under Tamkeen’s Enterprise Support Program faster and more securely than ever before.”
