Shaping better future through quality education

On this memorable day let’s join hands and work together for the betterment of our country. The Pakistan Urdu School was established in 1956 and is managed by a Board of Trustees. It is affiliated with the Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Islamabad, Pakistan to prepare the students for Secondary & Higher Secondary Examinations in Arts, Science and Commerce.

From Primary to Middle/High, students follow the curriculum set and designed by the Oxford University Press. The present strength of the school is about 2200 students and 225 staff members. The medium of instruction is English. The school has separate classes for Boys and Girls. The Pakistan Urdu School has a team of dedicated teaching staff under the supervision of the school management and the guidance of the Board of Trustees. The school aims not only to provide proper academic grooming but also moral upbringing of the students.

One of the main aims of the Pakistan Urdu School is to ensure that its students not only attain scholarly knowledge but are also equipped with useful skills of 21st century to become more productive and responsible members of society. In order to meet the future needs, the school has focused on technological literacy through the use of projectors and smart boards.

The School is ensuring that all students are computer literate and thus have included Computer Studies in the syllabus and has set up new Computer laboratories for the Primary Section and for the Middle Section (Girls). Admissions for the new academic session 2019-2020 have been commenced and a big number of parents are showing their interest for their children’s quality education.

Parents interested to register their child/ children can collect the application forms from the school office on all working days from 08:00 am to 12:30 pm (subject to the availability of seats).
