Higher Education conference
Bahrain took part in the eighth International Exhibition Conference on Higher Education opened by the Saudi Education Ministry. Over 372 universities from 33 countries participated in the event held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The event also held 75 workshops by experts and specialists from several countries of the world. “Bahrain’s participation in the conference comes from the Royal directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to promote cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the kingdom to exchange experiences in the educational field,” said Dr Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi, the Education Minister.
The minister said that Bahrain is keen to benefit from successful international initiatives to enhance the educational services offered in its higher education sector.
