Several people injured after stabbing near The Hague
Three people have been wounded in a stabbing on a shopping street in The Hague, Dutch police said on Friday. Police from the city said in a statement that emergency services were at the scene. Images posted to social media showed several dozen onlookers being kept behind police fencing seeking a glimpse of the area where the stabbing took place.

The Hague police said in a statement that they were looking for a man, about 45 to 50 years old, in a grey jogging suit. “We have an extensive investigation into the stabbing incident on the Grote Marktstraat,” police said in a statement. It was not clear if the stabbing was a terror incident. National broadcaster NOS, quoting “varied sources”, said: “At this moment there is no indication of a terrorist motive.
