The accident took place between a pick-up and a truck.
Two people were killed and four others were seriously injured in an accident on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road that took place on Thursday morning.
Brigadier Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, director-general of the Dubai Police's traffic department, said the accident took place at 5.30am between a pick-up vehicle and a truck.
