Kuwait imposes a corona-free certificate on the arrivals of 10 countries

The General Administration of Civil Aviation of Kuwait issued a circular, today, Tuesday, to all foreign travelers coming from the Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Syria, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Georgia, and Lebanon, to conduct a medical examination. "Certificate - PCR ", Confirms that they are free of the emerging coronavirus (Covid 19) before they entered Kuwait.

The Department stressed in a press statement carried by the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that the examination procedure, issued by health centers approved by the Kuwaiti embassy, adding that if there is no Kuwaiti embassy in these countries, it must be approved by the health authorities in these countries.

She pointed out that the circular will be applied from March 8, indicating that in the event that a virus-free certificate is not carried, the passenger is prevented from entering Kuwait, and departs on the same airline airlines, without the state bearing any financial costs, and the airline is fined for violating this circular.
