India announces infection of 15 Italian tourists and their Indian driver with the Corona virus
The Indian Ministry of Health announced today that 15 Italian tourists and their Indian driver have been infected with the new Corona virus, bringing the total number of cases in India to 28.
The death toll includes six Indians who caught the infection from a relative recently returned from Italy.
This is the largest increase in the number of cases in India, as the number of injuries reached only six cases until yesterday.
Federal Health Minister Harsh Vardhan said today that all new infections have been quarantined in New Delhi.
