China recorded 30 new deaths due to the Corona virus, making the total number of deaths to 3042.
China also counted 143 new cases of the virus.
Figures have shown a decline in China in general in recent weeks,
as the harsh quarantine measures imposed by the authorities seem to be paying off.
But there are growing concerns about infections entering the country from other hotspots in the world,
with 13 confirmed cases of returning Chinese travelers who caught the virus outside the country.
