The official spokesman of the Kuwaiti government announced an official leave for everyone from next Thursday to the next Thursday.

He added during a press conference today that the period from tomorrow Thursday to Thursday 26 March should be considered an official holiday, provided that the official working hours will be resumed on Sunday, 3/29/2020
