Jordan reports fourth Coronavirus death
Jordan's official TV announced today, Monday, the fourth death in the country due to the outbreak of the new Coronavirus.
And the official Jordanian television published through the account on Twitter, a statement saying: "A fourth death from the Coronavirus is recorded, and it is the first in the founding king hospital ."
The King of Jordan, Abdullah II, stressed the importance of applying the law without complacency to prevent abuses in issuing curfews exceptions.
The King directed the Jordanian government to ensure that the needs of citizens for food commodities are met and the need to control prices.
On March 11, the World Health Organization classified the emerging coronavirus, which causes Covid 19, as a global pandemic, while the number of people infected with the virus exceeded all expectations.
The latest statistics for the total number of people infected with Coronavirus around the world reached approximately 725,000, and the number of deaths exceeded 34,000, and the number of people recovered reached nearly 152,000.
