Latin America recorded more than 50 thousand cases of corona virus

The Cuban news agency, Prensa Latina, said today, Saturday, that the Corona pandemic continues to invade the people of Latin America, which have confirmed so far more than 50 thousand confirmed cases in 33 countries in the region and about 2774 deaths.
 
According to the agency, Brazil topped 18145 cases and a thousand deaths, as on Friday it recorded 941 deaths while 173 patients recovered, and the total cumulative injuries in Chile were 5972 and Peru 5265 and in Ecuador, 4965 cases were confirmed, Colombia came with 2223 cases and Argentina 1894 The number of cases in Uruguay increased to 473 and Honduras to 343 and Bolivia to 268, while the number of injured in Venezuela and Paraguay was 172 and 129, respectively.
 
In Central America, Mexico and Panama topped the list with 3441 injuries and 2,752 people, respectively, while Guatemala and El Salvador recorded 126 and 117 cases.
 
In the Dominican Republic, 2,349 citizens were infected with Corona and nearly 100 deaths, making it the most epidemic country in the Caribbean. Cuba announced last Thursday that it had recorded 49 new cases of the virus, bringing the total to 564 and 15 deaths, while 51 people recovered.
