The first clinical trials of a second Russian coronavirus vaccine are completed
The Russian Government Research Center "Victor" confirmed the completion of the first phase of clinical trials of the second Russian vaccine against Corona, and confirmed its complete safety.
Today, Thursday, the agency "Sputnik" quoted a spokesman for the center as saying that the second Russian vaccine against the Coronavirus "provides immunity that does not last for life."
The spokesman noted the participation of more than three thousand volunteers in the experiments that will take place inside the center, as part of the processes to ensure the efficiency of the vaccine.
And earlier; Head of the Russian Federal Authority for Consumer Protection and Citizen Welfare, Anna Popova, announced that the State Research Center "Victor" will complete clinical trials of a vaccine against the Coronavirus on September 30.
Last August, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the registration of the first vaccine against the Coronavirus in the world, which was developed by the Jamali Research Center in the field of epidemics and microbiology in cooperation with the Russian Fund for Direct Investments.
