Saudi dad takes son to hospital..... gets punched by doctor

An Arab doctor hit a Saudi man on his eye, with pictures of the man with dark bruises on his eye going viral on social media.
Many have called on the Saudi Minister of Health to intervene and take action against the doctor.

Details of the case show that a Saudi father took his son to the emergency of Al Barida Hospital in Saudi Arabia.

The staff at the hospital refused to admit the boy and said that he does not need plaster on his finger, which the father claimed was broken. 

An argument between the boy’s father and the medical team at the hospital ended up with the doctor punching the father.

Pictures of the father’s eye show that it was badly hurt, and many claimed that he was fortunate he did not lose his eye.

This incident drew much reaction on social media.

Nora, a Saudi girl said that doctors must have great patience and not lose their temper easily.

Ahmed, another Saudi man, said that that what the doctor did was wrong, but we shouldn’t judge him without knowing the reasons which made him do so.

A committee must be formed to know the truth. It is correct that he hit the boy’s father, but don’t forget that many patients also lack good manners and they treat doctors as slaves.
