Israel’s Ambassador to UAE calls to enhance relations between the two countries

Israel’s Ambassador to the UAE Eitan Naeh has said that the normalisation of relations between the two countries must be enhanced, following the recent violence in Israel-Gaza.
During an interview on CNN’s Connect the World with Becky Anderson, Naeh said, “I think that the message from the UAE is to sit down, to recognize Israel, to normalise relations with Israel, to abandon terrorism that they have been engaged in.
I think that the message here is peace and normalisation as a way to solve problems” Speaking from the first Holocaust Memorial exhibition held in the Middle East, Neah said: “To see this exhibition is really the first step for much wider development and gives you a real perspective… And it really gives me, as a son of a Holocaust survivor, great hope about the future of peace and normal relationships between Israel and certainly the UAE.”
