Bahrain and UAE signs agreement for partnership to boost higher education

Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani and the UAE Minister of State for Advanced Technology, Sarah Bint Yousif Al Amiri, signed the executive programme for cooperation in education for the years 2021, 2022 and 2023, and a memorandum of understanding between the ministries of education in the two countries regarding cooperation in the field of higher education.
Dr Al Zayani also signed the Declaration of Sovereignty over Data Agreement between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the UAE.
The minister was part of the official delegation accompanying His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on his official visit to the UAE.
He expressed his pride in the development of solid brotherly relations between the two countries.
Dr Al Zayani praised mutual keenness to consolidate bilateral relations in various fields, stressing Bahrain’s keenness to expand those relations to serve common interests.
