The Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the State of Israel held a reception on the occasion of the Kingdom of Bahrain's celebration of its National Days, in commemoration of the establishment of the modern Bahraini State as an Arab and Muslim state founded by Ahmed Al Fateh in 1783, and the anniversary of His Majesty the King's Accession to the Throne, in the presence of a group of politicians, diplomats and businesspersons in Israel.
During the reception, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the State of Israel delivered a speech in which he expressed, on behalf of the embassy’s employees, the utmost congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He noted that just as the founder Ahmed Al Fateh changed the course of history in our region more than 200 years ago, our pioneering kingdom is also changing history today thanks to the wise leadership of His Majesty the King, and his insightful vision that aims to pave our way towards peace, prosperity and peaceful coexistence in the region, in addition to building a solid foundation that would change the lives of peoples in this region.
The Ambassador praised the Bahraini-Israeli relations and the development and growth they are witnessing, highlighting that this opportunity makes this region a better place for all of us and future generations.
The Ambassador concluded his speech by stressing the importance of thinking about the future, and not forgetting the past, but rather working through it, adding that the region has gone through many difficulties and challenges for a long time. He expressed his hope that despite all the difficulties this relationship will have a positive impact on the Palestinian people and the entire region.
