Saudi woman defies drive ban
A veiled Saudi woman defied a government ban on female driving, got behind the wheel, and went through the streets of the capital Riyadh before stopping at a café.
A YouTube film published by Sada newspaper showed the woman driving the car through the busy streets of Riyadh at night in defiance of a long-standing ban.
The film showed the woman later stopped at a café and requested a cup of coffee.
It said the woman appealed for King Salman bin Abdul Aziz to abolish the ban and allow women to drive cars.
