Dar Kulaib cruise past Al Ahli in volleyball league

Dar Kulaib swept past Al Ahli 3-0 (25-20, 25-21, 25- 18) last night in their round-ofsix game of the 2022/2023 Isa bin Rashid Bahrain Volleyball League.
The contest took place at the Isa bin Rashid Arena at the Bahrain Volleyball Association headquarters at Isa Sports City in Riffa.
Dar Kulaib were the aggressors from the opening serve and never wavered the rest of the way, powering to the big win in style.
Playing key roles for the victors were Mohammed Yaqoob, Argentinian professional Juan Barrera, Mahmood Abdulwahed, Ayman Isa and Ali Habib, to name a few.
For Ahli, their top talents Mohammed Anan, Nasser Anan, Ali Al Sairafi and Abbas Al Khabbaz tried valiantly to keep their squad in the fight, but their opponents were too good on the night.
The result earned Dar Kulaib their second successive triumph in this stage of the league, while Ahli suffered their first loss after opening with a victory.
